1. Physical Products – Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on physical products (e.g. books, journals, bundles) under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Returns must be posted back at the buyer’s expense

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7–10 working days
To request a return, email: hello@breakingfreebook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

Digital products (including audiobooks, downloads, meditations, PDFs) once accessed

Opened or used items unless faulty

Items returned outside the 7-day return window
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Email hello@breakingfreebook.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping where applicable)
4. Amazon & Third-Party Orders
If you purchased from Amazon or another retailer, their return policy will apply.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
